Lucid Glitch

A mini VR game design project using Unity 3D and Meta Quest headset

Project Summary

An interactive VR experiment developed using Unity Visual Scripting to replicate the sensory experience of a lucid dream.

The project focuses on a linear sequence where the environment reacts and evolves based on user actions and the passage of time.

Core Interaction Flow

Guide: A skeleton object moves toward the door at the start, providing a visual cue to guide the user’s initial movement.

Puzzle: Users adapt to the virtual space by searching for a hidden key to escape the room.

Transformation: As the user exits the room, the environment undergoes a surreal expansion into an otherworldly landscape.

Event: Passing through specific checkpoints triggers gravity-defying logic (floating objects) and a gatekeeper popup instructing the user to board a boat.

Exit: Boarding the boat triggers a final system message, concluding the sequence.
